The headband is made of a completely flexible and sustainable material with a level of resistance that can withstand the strength of a car without breaking. Always returning to its original position, it comfortably fits all head sizes and it's virtually impossible to break.

Before starting the development of the dotts headphones we first chose all the features that we would most like to have as headphone's clients. dotts headphones are unique pieces of technology fully engineered by our team that enhances the sound experience, taking it to the next level. 

Every dotts headphone includes a dotts case. With the dotts case you will be able to carry them with you wherever you go. Having a dotts case also means there is no need for extra packaging that we know will only end up in the bin. The dotts case is an exclusive case made with sustainable materials and we are sure that you will love it!

We strongly believe that every Wireless headphone should have a very unique sound signature. The dotts M have an accurate sound with a slight boost in the bass and lower midrange. It offers total isolation from all external noise through its innovative noise cancellation mode with no effect on the hi-fi sound, keeping it clean and pure. You will enjoy your music the way it was intended!

The dotts headphones are made of Bioplastics and 100% Eco-friendly materials.

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a environmentally friendly material that gives strength and flexibility to the dotts M headband and buttons . Almost unbreakable, you'll never have to worry about breaking your headphones again.

PLA (polylactide) gives the dotts M resistance and strength at the same time. Made from 100% renewable resources such as corn starch, chips or sugarcane. It is super amazing, and comfortable at the same time.

But, what is a Bioplastic?

Being biodegradable means that the industrial process of biodegradation is much quicker than PET plastic (plastic made of petroleum). Our materials only require 45-90 days to get the industrial process completed while PET products require an intense, long and also harmful to the environment one.

Instead of manufacturing the whole product in China (as most of the brands do) we have an in-house production model. In that way, we are not only avoiding unnecessary transport but we are also controlling the quality and the processes of almost everything we do. The final product is also hand-assembled in our factory in Madrid (Spain). 

dottsaudio is a multidisciplinary team with product design as the main expertise, but with a strong connection with engineering, science and business.  We strongly believe that it's only with a wide approach that we can get a solution that is truly complete.

Over the last 10 months the entire dottsaudio team have been working so hard on the development of the dotts M. We have worked in collaboration with some of the top engineering companies of the world, such as ARROW, and also some of the best audio experts of Spain. The path hasn't been easy but we didn't want to launch the campaign without having everything ready to make the leap to mass production. dottsaudio team has also been supported by an startup accelerator program directed by the CITI Bank and Deusto University after being chosen as one of the best startups of the program.

We ship worldwide, with the exception of Saudi Arabia, Peru, Ecuador, Macedonia, Kosovo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, North Korea, Syria, and Yemen. Please note that we cannot ship to military locations. 

Risks and challenges

For the past months, our team has been working day and night to dial in the design, production and logistics. We work with one of the largest electronic traders of the world. We have also partnered with third party quality control teams to ensure that we only send out the highest quality headphones to you. Everything we do is controlled by our engineers and our Chief of Operations.

We understand and acknowledge that no project comes without risk and challenges. Despite our planning, there are circumstances that may be out of our control. If we are met with these, we promise to communicate with full transparency to you.
