Each swatch contains the minimum amount of safe and effective cleaning ingredients that can be activated with just a touch of water.

No. DS3 products are specially designed with only the specific, effective and safe ingredients to perform the job. The dry form allows us to completely eliminate water and minimize the use of many ingredients found in common cleaning products.

The number of swatches per package varies by product type. For each product, we try to provide enough swatches to last about 4 weeks. The personal care products are packaged in 1 container with 30 swatches. Our home care products come in various amounts (see chart below).

It is important that DS3 products are used as directed. Like all cleaning products, DS3 should be handled with similar care in storage and use.

Do not let children handle the swatches, even if supervised. Store DS3 where children cannot reach or climb to it, out of sight and in a secure place. Keep package fully closed. Never leave any swatches out of the package.

DS3 products are simple to use. For grooming products, be sure to first dissolve the swatch in your hands with water. Then, apply to wet skin/hair, lather, and then rinse.

For laundry, place the swatch in the bottom of the drum before loading your clothes. To clean your toilet, drop in the swatch, close the lid, go to sleep and flush in the morning. Wow, that was easy. To clean surfaces, just drop the swatch into a spray bottle, fill with water, and boom you have enough surface cleaner to last for weeks.

Each swatch has been uniquely designed to give you exactly what you need for the specific job that you are using it for. Whether you are washing your hair or cleaning the toilet, you only need to use one swatch. However, you will need to use 2 swatches if you are doing a large/extra-large load of laundry.
