When Sydney finds her mother's old diary filled with clues about her biological father, she decides to run away from home to find something that she has always been missing.

Easy Street is a coming of age story, that deals with themes like: finding your identity, and what are you willing to leave behind for an idea.

Along the story, we follow Sydney's journey as well as other character's journeys. We meet her little sister Sam, her classmate Aiden and her music teacher Mr. Berry, and how their stories are tangled with Sydney's.

DIRECTOR, Associate producer - Jeffrey Schimmer

Jeffrey Schimmer is a director and producer based in New York. He has worked on various projects, from web series like Antwand Pearman Vs The Interview to short films like Love 77 and The Breakup. He was educated in New York, holding a Bachelors in Film and Media Studies from Hunter College. He is excited to join the team behind Easy Street as the director and associate producer.

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY - Michael Jonson

Born on Camp Pendleton and raised in Denver, Toronto, London, Abilene, and Thumrait; Michael has always been inspired by stories found when traveling around the world. An avid reader and cat lover, he currently freelances as a cinematographer in Southern California.

ART DIRECTOR, Associate producer - Seera Rytkölä

Seera Rytkölä is a multidisciplinary designer. She has over 10years of experience working in professional feature film, TV and social media advertising projects as a freelance visual creative. Her favourite project so far has been designing and creating a visual identity (an opening sequence and motion graphics) for a reality TV series Adoption Stories produced by Warner Bros / Eyeworks Finland.

"SYDNEY", Producer, Writer - Eevi Rola

I am a fine arts student at the New York Film Academy (NYFA) and currently based in Los Angeles. My homeland of Finland has provided me with the utmost love and admiration for all things artistic, as both of my parents are artists themselves. I have a passion towards story telling in all forms, like writing and acting.

All the money that we fundraise by crowdfunding will be used in the production. Most of our budget goes to locations, but also on permits and insurance since everyone's safety is the most important thing what comes to working on a film set.
