As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for many years, I understand the importance of customer engagement and loyalty. That's why we created an app that benefits both establishments and guests.
For establishments, SPAR provides valuable data on customers' spending habits and preferences. The app also allows establishments to donate to selected charities, which can promote their business as socially responsible. Additionally, SPAR offers coupons, deals, and other rewards to customers, ensuring that they always get the best value for their money.
On the other hand, SPAR rewards guests with points for every purchase they make at participating establishments. These points can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive deals, or other rewards. Guests can also donate their points to selected charities, further promoting social responsibility. SPAR also allows guests to leave reviews and ratings, making it easier for establishments to improve and attract new customers.
Our branding symbol, the Elephant and the star, represents that elephants never forget, and we all shoot for the stars when we want to claim our rewards and points.
SPAR also offers other features such as favorites, where guests can save their favorite drinks and establishments, and customer demographics, which provides valuable information on customers' sex, marital status, occupation, address, and age.
However, developing a mobile app is not without its challenges. Technical issues, user experience problems, security vulnerabilities, and market competition can impact its success. That's why we have implemented a thorough testing and feedback process, taken security measures seriously, and ensured that the app offers unique features and value to attract and retain users.
To make SPAR a reality, we need your support. Our initial development costs are around $7,000.00, and we need to allocate $35,000.00 for marketing the app. Our team consists of three people who are all dedicated to making this project a success. We are committed to developing this app, and any funds raised will go towards the development and marketing of the app.
