Is there a guarantee for ENKO?
Of course! ENKO comes with a limited warranty liability of a year that protects against manufacturing defects.
Can I get a refund?

Is there a return or exchange policy?
The buyer may return an item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the product.
How do I select more than one pair of shoes?
The Indiegogo system is not configured to select several pairs. If you want to choose more than one pair, you will need to launch a separate process for each pre-order.

IndieGoGo Insurance Program
1.What is the insurance benefit on this campaign?
ENKO the country participating in a pilot test with Indiegogo. Insurance is provided by Indiegogo. Contributors have the option to purchase insurance that will allow them to get their contribution back if they do not receive the ENKO within 3 months after the delivery date.
2.How can I make a claim?
If you have insurance for ENKO and do not receive your ENKO within 3 months following the date of delivery please contact Indiegogo to support@indiegogo.com. We will help you process your request.
3.Does the insurance provided by the campaign? Is it legitimate insurance?
ENKO the country participating in a pilot test with Indiegogo. Insurance is provided by Indiegogo and not the campaign.
Does this mean that I should be worried about this campaign?

When is ENKO deliver?
We plan to start delivering ENKO Running Shoes crowdfunding to our supporters at the end of August 2015, with all units shipped by the end of September 2015. The actual delivery dates may vary. The Running Shoes ENKO team will keep you informed of the delivery date of your running shoes!
Why must I wait so long for my Enko running shoes?
You help us build the product, and we need to know how to do before we can start production. Enko Running Shoes are the first of their kind; we believe you will feel that the wait was well worth it. We will send updates as we work to produce the first batch of Enko running shoes.
Where do you deliver?
We plan to deliver to the United States and the following countries: the EU (28 countries), Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico. We expect to deliver to all the countries using the large companies of international mail, and we deliver everywhere they cover. If we find, for some reason we can not ship your country, we will refund the full amount minus credit card processing fees and expenses of the IndieGoGo platform.
Is the shipping included?
Delivery is not included. Please add $ 38 shipping fee.
Do I have to pay VAT?
We will pay customs and VAT if applicable. However, you make a contribution to our project and receive your Enko running shoes as a gift - so you should not have to pay VAT.
