Eta - is a Mature 17+, Epic Samurai tale about Seiki a man born into the lowest tier of the Japanese cast system in feudal Japan.  He is on the cusp of achieving his dream and becoming a Daimyo (Japanese lord) with his own lands and money. However, he has chosen the wrong side in a fight between Ishida Mitsunari and  Ieyasu Tokoguawa the man who goes on to unify Japan.   With his clan destroyed and his master dead he is willing to do what ever it takes to rise back to the top.

In feudal /Edo period Japan there was a very strict cast system that was almost impossible to escape.  The Eta were lowest of all, below merchants and peasants they were referred to as untouchables, the translation of eta in English means "pollution abundant".  Many were forced to live away from people and were segregated to their own villages as they were seen as unclean.  Butchers and undertakes were those amongst this class.  While their services were needed, they would never be able to become nobility.  Seiki is on a quest to prove them wrong.

Seiki is one battle away from achieving his dream only to see everything he has worked for wiped away in a instance.  His clan gone, master dead, and dream’s smashed, he refuses to let go of his goal to become Daimyo even if it means starting over.  Follow him on his quest of perseverance, betrayal, loss and discovery of new rivals.  Will he be able to prove to everyone including himself that a man can rise above his station and become something great? Risks & Challenges

The only challenges for the project would be if there were printing issues. However, the printer we will be using has never had any issues with printing any comic runs we have done so that is unlikely. We also have other printers ready to go if the unlikely occurs.   Since the initial artwork is done for the volume 1 all we need to do is finish up shading work and printing the comic.
