Our Story

We are Falling For Scarlet, a Vancouver, Canada, based Pop/Rock band trying to complete our first 5 song EP/Album, support the album with a promotional music video and a mini tour.  It's been a life long dream to create music we love and entertain the masses with it!  However, like many independent bands/musicians, we lack the funding to continue creating music that reaches all stretches of the world and need YOUR support.  Music is the essence of life, its healing and a universal language.  It is to the soul what water and food is to the body...so help us make sure the music never stops!!!!

....what happens when you genetically splice Meagan Fox with Debra Harry and toss that creation in front of a band that sounds like My Chemical Romance and Paramore???  ANSWER:  You get Falling For Scarlet; an independent pop/rock alternative band from Vancouver, CA.  Falling For Scarlet's music has anthemic energy, that's driven by heavy guitars but still has a massively melodic beating heart. Band members consist of guitarist- Jeremy Hora (Default) Adam Christianson (A Textbook Tragedy), bassist and back-up vocals - Sean Sali (Stealing Eden), Drummer - Jay Deachman (Theory Of A Deadman, Default, Copyright) and last but not least female front women, Lee Tomaschefski (Assuming Artemis).

What We Need & What You Get

In order to properly launch this independent album and give it the push it deserves we need to raise $12,000.00. Here is a simple breakdown of approximately how funds will be spent:

• 40% Studio recording, mixing and mastering fees
• 35% Music video
• 15% Advertising/PR
• 10% CD presses

In essence, your contributions insure the album is recorded, released and is supported by a promotional music video . Some of the perks include a download of a pre-released single from the album, a download of a pre-released copy of the entire album, signed hard copies, band merchandise and even name credit on the album cover.  For those of you able to make a more substantial contribution, there are some "luxury" perks, including a band dinner date, private concerts, lifetime tickets for yourself and a guest to any of our shows and the list goes on! The Impact

Reaching our campaign goal means many things for many people. It will serve as an example to others, like us,that anything is possible, if willing!  It will also mean that we can pay the incredibly talented and hardworking individuals involved in creating this project.  Lastly this allows us to compete on a higher level musically, as we will have a professional product that we can be proud of.  Which in turn, will open doors to other amazing opportunities we may not have had without your support!!  So AMAZING!
