Is it 1-axis, 2-axis or 3-axis gimbal?
Fancy is a 1-axis gimbal, sure to meet your day to day needs.
Why do you have a sticker mount on some promo photos and videos?
The sticker mount was part of our early prototypes. We received feedback that the sticker mount is not a good solution, and so we decided not to move forward with it. We want to create products that people will love and use and we believe that the phone clip mount is the best solution for mounting Fancy on different smartphones.

What colors do you offer?
Fancy is available in Rose Gold, Sky Gray, Jade Green, Moonlight Silver, and Black Ink. You can select the color you want at check out.
What are the dimensions and weight?
Fancy is 113mm x 43.5mm x 23mm and weighs only 180 grams.
What is the battery life? Hours of continuous use? How to charge?
The battery capacity is 2600mAh. Fancy comes with a micro USB cord for charging. Plug it in a power source and get a full charge in just 2 hours. A full charge can last up to 8 hours of continuous use.
Why is Fancy so unique?
Unlike our competitors, Fancy is slim and not bulky. It also comes in nice and stylish colors.
How do I charge my devices with it?
The USB port is located on the side. Simply plug in a USB charging cable with your device.

We ship worldwide, and shipping costs are automatically calculated when you pre-order.
What are the risks and challenges of getting Fancy today?
While the technology behind Fancy is developed and tested, there are risks with production at every step of the way. We have done a lot of hard work in getting the product through the tooling process and getting ready for scale. As we go through the logistics of manufacturing in large scale, there is always a possibility of unforeseen events that could impact our timeline. If an issue arises, we will continue to be transparent to you - our loyal supporters, and honor the quality and expectations set for Fancy.
Customer Service
Is there a warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty for any defective devices. Just send your Fancy back to us and we'll replace your unit, free of charge.
What is your refund policy during the Indiegogo campaign?
During the Indiegogo campaign, you can process the refund at any time. See these steps on How to Request a Refund.
At some point when the campaign ends, we will need to lock refunds in order to go into production & shipment. We will not be able to refund orders once they've shipped.
How do I get more than one perk?
To get more than one perk, simply make a new contribution for each perk. Currently, there is no option on Indiegogo to combine perks.
