A bit of warning, since Firewalla cloud servers are located in California, if you use the box outside of USA/Canada,  there may be longer delay when you are using Firewalla mobile app outside of your WIFI coverage.   We have tested Firewalla in China / Hongkong / Singapore / Switzerland / Netherland, the delay according to testers is tolerable. 

• The USB power plugs will be the two prong USA style plug. 
• In case there is any import Tax, you will be responsible.
