Who Are We?
We are 3 Hampton University alums/friends who came together to work on 1 awesome, very important project!
In short, the story for the short film, "Flipped", stemmed from the creative mind of photographer/videographer, Jack Manning, III back in 2015. In summer 2016 he pitched the idea to his friend, children's book author and Huffington Post contributor, Tiffany Elle Burgess, and she agreed to write the screenplay. Lastly, Jack reached out to Lawrence "Law" Watford, a talented filmmaker based in New York, who agreed to serve as the film's director/co-producer.
What Is "Flipped"?
If you watched the trailer (please click on the video above), you may have an idea of what "Flipped" is all about. Trust us, nothing is exactly what it seems. We have put a great deal of thought into the story we want to tell and believe us, it is necessary and timely.
