The Story
In our story, which is based upon a short story by Stephen King, our hero searches for his soulmate.
Who is Norma? A middle-aged man wanders through life looking for his true love, yet is she just around the corner? Battling with his demons, a string of bodies is left behind him as a result of his quest. Set in any city, the man wants to offer his love, and some flowers, to the woman of his dreams. In a world where the lines of who we are and what we are may be blurred to what truly is, our hero is trying to come to terms with his destiny concerning love and life.
This film illustrates how things in one's life may be repetitive and mundane until one makes a conscience decision to change and then takes action.

The Gang
Gerard Ender, Writer, Producer, Director
My love of film started as a boy in my hometown Colon, Panama. Some of my idols were and are Steve McQueen, Sean Connery, Paul Newman and Sofia Loren. At an early age I moved to the US where I got exposed to many more films and actors of all eras. I went on to become an actor after getting my degree in film from the University of Maryland.
I have directed theater and performance videos and co-written a feature film. I was asked by my friend and filmmaker, Kevyn Settle, to co-direct Tracks (2010), a short film about a self-destructive amputee, reflecting on his troubled youth while drifting through the harsh streets of Baltimore. This experience motivated me to do a film.
Tracks has won various awards in festivals across the country. Jury Award Best Short, 14th Long Island Int'l Film Expo, Winner Best Film, Virginia Indie Film Festival and Winner Best Short Drama, SNOB, Somewhat North of Boston Film Festival to name a few.
