Risks and challenges

Our team is comprised of seasoned entrepreneurs, product developers, robotic engineers, and supply chain experts with more than 30 years of entrepreneurial and manufacturing experience, so rest assured the product will exceed your expectations.

We have done a decent work, so the risks are minimal. We have identified and locked in our manufacturers who will be able to ship within several months of successful project funding and completing the R&D.

What you are seeing is a prototype, so the final product may be slightly different from what you see but will be definitely supreme quality. The major issues that we expect are related to software development and VR technology integration. Development of smooth video transmission, VR, and streaming solutions can take us more time than expected. Despite that, we plan to deliver the hardware on time and upgrade your products with VR streaming feature after we finish software development.

Return and Refund Policy

General conditions:

• Considering the fact that FLYBi is not a mass market product yet we do not keep any stock. All orders are passed directly to our manufacturing partner. We do not issue pledge refund before the product ships. You can return your product for a full refund after you receive it according to our return policy. 

Return Policy:

• Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
• Once your return is received and inspected by Advance Robotix Corp. (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
• For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued as a direct credit to your bank account.
• You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.
• Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a flight" is considered used and cannot be returned.
• Any merchandise or parts which show signs of use or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
• Any electronic with manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable.
• Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.
• International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. The Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
• Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Advance Robotix Corp. upon delivery will be rejected.
• Any defected product can be returned and replaced. Upon receiving defected product customer should submit a claim to sales@advrobotix.com describing the product defects. Costs associated with defected product return and replacement will be covered by Advance Robotix Corp.
• If any goods arrive damaged please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac, etc.). We will assist our customers in these claims.
• Refund requests received prior to product shipping date are subject to our customer service team review and approval.

Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

Advance Robotix Corp. warrants to the original retail purchaser of FLYBi (the “Product”) that at the time of shipment release this product is free from material defect in materials and workmanship. Should this Product fail during normal consumer usage and conditions due to defective material or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, or such longer period as is required by applicable law (“Warranty Period”), such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced at Advance Robotix Corp. option, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect(s).

This Warranty extends only to consumers who purchase the product from Advance Robotix Corp. and is not transferable or assignable. This Warranty does not apply to: (1) Product subjected to abnormal use or conditions, accident (including without limitation, collision, crash or fire), alteration, or improper repair; (2) damage from exposure to moisture or extreme environmental conditions; (3) damage from use with any accessory, software or other product not expressly authorized by Advance Robotix Corp.; (4) damage from external causes such as dirt, sand, battery leakage, blown fuse, or improper usage of any electrical source; (5) use in violation of law or ordinances in effect in the jurisdiction in which the Product is used.

Advance Robotix Corp. assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. Advance Robotix Corp. makes no other warranties for FLYBi, and makes no warranties whatsoever for service, software, maintenance or support for non-manufacturer branded products. Such products, service, software, maintenance or support is provided by Advance Robotix Corp. “As Is” and any third-party warranties, products, software, services, maintenance or support are provided by the original manufacturer or supplier, not by Advance Robotix Corp.

The Software is subject to the separate software license agreement accompanying or made available to you in connection with the software. A portion of the software contains or consists of open-source software, which you may use under the terms and conditions of the specific license under which the open-source software is distributed. You agree that you will be bound by any and all such license agreements and that your usage of this product indicates your acceptance of those agreements. Title to software remains with the applicable licensor(s). In no event will Advance RObotix Copr. be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

THE EXTENT OF ADVANCE ROBOTIX CORP. LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL ITS LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.
