What is Fountain of Youth Productions?
Fountain of Youth Productions is a new youth film-production group. We hope to create imaginative short films written, directed, acted and produced by youth. We want to give kids an opportunity to explore any part of film production in any aspect that interests them.

Project:
Our goal is to produce quality movies created by kids. That’s why we need your help. We want to make films that people will enjoy watching, and kids will feel proud of creating. Which means equipment that will bring out the best of our talents, like: a high-quality camera, sound equipment and lighting. These key essentials would help us make the leap between home movie and Independent Film. We can then enter student film festivals and arts competitions. Other production needs include: printing of scripts and movie posters and video editing software. You can help us achieve this dream.
Impact:
Your contribution to our campaign gives a budding actor, screenwriter, or filmmaker an opportunity to experience the thrill of taking part in the production of a short film.Kids are naturally creative, but school too often squelches this drive. Fountain of Youth kids will develop skills in acting, directing, filming, editing, and collaboration. Think about it: every successful and talented filmmaker today was once a kid.
“I was making a lot of 8 millimeter home movies, since I was twelve, making little dramas and comedies with the neighborhood kids.”
-- Steven Spielberg

Who we are:
We are creative teens from Sharon, MA. Audrey Larson and Shay Martin (age 15 & 16). We share a passion for acting and filmmaking. We created our own filmmaking group, Fountain of Youth Productions, for kids and teens like us.
Audrey is an aspiring filmmaker, screenwriter and actress. She's also a published author and illustrator, ballet dancer, and homeschooler. Her photography and writing has won awards.
Shay, a sophomore at The Binah School in Sharon, studies acting and organizes youth drama classes. She is also a 4-H club Ambassador, and an accomplished horse-back rider.
In addition to FYP, Audrey and Shay create promotional videos for The Binah School.

You can count on us!
We started Fountain of Youth Productions because we didn’t see this kind of opportunity available to teens and kids in our area. This is our passion, and we have the utmost commitment, responsibility and dedication to make this dream a reality. We also have adult mentors to guide us in our vision: a drama coach, a film-maker, a fiction writer, a young entrepreneur, and social media expert. Join us in our venture of empowering kids to follow their dreams, express imagination, and make movies!
