The Film
I bet many of you can remember a time in your childhood when something meant the
world to you. Something that wasn’t real. Can an imaginary thing have a tangible effect
on a child’s life? We explore this concept in the upcoming short film, Franklin.
The film follows the struggle of a young boy named Max as he tries to tell his imaginary friend, Franklin, that they can’t be friends anymore. Franklin and Max tend to get into mischief together, so Max’s mom forbids the friendship, leaving Max to break the news. This fateful event reveals that Max’s future may actually be interwoven with Franklin’s.
Based on a script written by Nate Morris, this film is being
produced and directed by Cameron Dozier, and will be shot in the Los Angeles
area this spring. Only with your support will this film be made.
