Greg wins an impossible bet and gets to live with Randy befriending him in the process. After doing something that might jeoprodize his friendship, he must attempt to fix it. Will Greg succeed, or is the friendship ruined forever
The Crew
We are a crew of students studying film at Point Park University hoping to produce a compelling comedy/drama short. We are each well read and committed to our respective crew positions, and we are determined to craft the best film we can possibly make! Our crew covers a vast range of talent and experience, and we will oversee the production to yield the best results possible.
Donovan Mester - Director

Donovan Mester is a Senior at Point Park College majoring in film. From a young age he was always fascinated with movies. He believes in the philosophy that movies are more than just things you watch, but things you experience. His main focus is Directing, but also enjoys Writing and Sound Design. He has worked on various different projects such as Art Is Shit and A Contract For Two just to name a few. He wants to bring his unique style and vision to this project and make this film more than just a movie but an experience.
Tyler AM - Producer

Tyler AM is a freelance video editor and underground filmmaker in Pittsburgh, PA. He recently finished producing "No Way in Hell", a short film for his junior production course at Point Park University and is in post-production on "Jimmy Alfredo", an independent feature film he produced in the Pittsburgh area.
Justin Illig - Director of Photography

Justin is a 21 year old Senior at Point Park university, coming from the small town of Eighty Four, Pennsylvania. His Film career started in 2010 when he initially became interested in visual effects and made videos for his high school projects. Since then he's worked on a variety of sets working with crews that come from all over the globe working on a variety of short films, commercials, and musical performances. He has had films shown at Sundance and The Cannes Short Film Corner and many other film festivals all over the world. Justin also recently finished shooting for Grammy award winning artist “Daya’. With his experience with lighting and camera work, Justin hopes to bring Friends Till the End to life with his camera work.
Kyle Starsinic - Production Designer

Kyle Starsinic is a senior cinema major at Point Park University. He works primarily in the sound design department but is very versatile when it comes to making movies and telling stories. He has worked with the crew of "Friends Till the End" on several films in the past and is excited to work with them all one last time before graduation.
Raul Toledo - Editor

Raul Toledo is 20 year old filmmaker native to Mexico City.
Shortly after moving to the United States, he found his passion as a filmmaker, with a mission of creating meaningful and entertaining content.
Alex Frontera - Sound Designer

Alex Frontera is a local film maker in the Pittsburgh area. He goes to Point Park university achieving his BFA in cinema production with a concentrating of sound design.
The Cast
We have cast a variety of talents from the Pittsburgh area to play characters in our film. Many of our cast members have collaborated with some of our crew members on past projects and are excited to work together again!
Brennen Burke - Randy

Brennen Burke is a 21 year old junior at Point Park University. Granted his degree is not in cinema that doesn't mean he isn't afraid to try new things. He is a Sports, Arts, and Entertainment major and hopes to graduate in spring of 2019. He has been in other student films, but this is his first major acting role in a P4.
Anthony Strain - Greg

Anthony Strain is an actor with a scientific background. Since graduating high school, he has majored in Premedical and Preprofessional Studies, studying ways to use gene therapy to cure oncogenic metastatic cancers at Point Park University’s Department of Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technology. Due to departmental complications, he now studies Liberal Arts at Duquesne University’s McAnulty College of Liberal Arts, with the hopes of majoring in Physics in 2019.
Jessica McNulty - Amy

Jessica has been interested in acting from a young age when she participated in theatre productions in her home town of Butler, Pennsylvania. Since graduating high school she has appeared in a variety of short films, web-series, modeling shoots, and music videos. Most notable among these are Johanna Langefeldt from “The Visitor” and Elizabeth Walker from "PIVOT: The Series.” Currently, Jessica attends Point Park University for Creative Writing and also studies acting at classes from Wright Road Productions. She hopes to one day make a living from acting. Her dream would be put on a cape for the role of a superhero.
Lydia Laine-Smith - Jane

Lydia Laine-Smith is a senior acting major at Point Park University. Currently studying for theatre, Lydia has been in a number of student films during her time in college. Her most memorable roles are Lydia in Art is Shit, Amber in Contract for Two, and The Lead in The Call. She was also featured as Miss Jensen in the Conservatory Theatre Company's production of The Wild Duck at the Pittsburgh Playhouse.
What We Need & What You Get
The money raised will cover a variety of production needs including craft services, location fees, wardrobe, props, music composition, visual effects, and rental fees.
With you contribution, we have a selection of perks to offer back including a mention in the credits, a screenplay and final transcript to see how the film changed in production, a DVD of the film, a T-shirt package, an Associate Producer credit that allows you access to the set on any shoot date (plus regularly production updates), and an Executive Producer credits which awards you one of the top credits and you will own equity in the film as it tours festivals!
