Our noble leader, Joachim “Abby” Franke, learned all about the importance of eating healthy as an athlete on the German Olympic Team, and those lessons changed his life.

After overcoming a horrific family tragedy, he fulfilled his dream of becoming a Master Baker and coming to America to share his unique, healthy, and European-Style gourmet cookies and artisan breads with everyone! ‘Healthy’ and ‘Delicious’ are words that should go together!

From the Women’s Shelter and Children’s Hospital to the Veterans groups we donate baked goods to; to local families looking for healthy fare; to Hollywood celebrities who crave our unique recipes; Abby and the whole Abby’s Millstone team believes in building bridges within our community and  to making the world a healthier, kinder place.

With your help, we can afford to buy a new oven, complete the daunting mountains of regulatory paperwork standing in our way, and deliver our mouthwatering Coconut Macaroons and Florentine Lace cookies, our heavenly Challah and incomparable Old Country Sourdough, and our unbelievable Banana and energy-popping Power-seed Paleo breads to a neighborhood store near you!
