Short Summary
GM10 (pronounced G-M-ten) was named after GEM MINT 10, the best graded condition for trading cards.
We founded GM10 with the goal to make the hobby more convenient and connect collectors like never before. There hasn't been a social space for collectors until now that's specifically made for trading cards. It all starts with the community. GM10 is a card show in your pocket!
- GM10 is here to connect the hobby and be the platform that's made specifically for trading cards. It's a place where we all work together and build something that makes it convenient for the everyday collector. This will be an app for the collector made by the community! It's why it's important for us to raise the funds through crowdfunding, to have the community be a part of the creation of GM10.
- This is your chance to create something that the hobby needs and have it represent the collectors. We're tired of big corporate industries coming in who have no collecting experience and thinking they can throw money into the space to control our hobby. We make it a point to be at every card show because we ARE collectors. We've been working hard to bring transparency to the hobby and minimize scamming, all while bringing everything trading cards into one place. GM10 is eliminating the hassle of needing to go to multiple websites just to accomplish the necessities like finding a randomizer, searching for comps, going to another marketplace to find deals, or surfing Facebook to talk to hobbyist. GM10 is dedicated to listening to what you want and what the industry needs. We are the social platform for everything trading cards!

Where are we currently? GM10 is now in prototype and we're ready to launch. We're in the final stage before launch and instead of finding corporate investors, we want GM10 to be built by the community. Our goal is to raise $75,000.

What We Need & What You Get
Breaking it down for folks in more detail:
- HOW MUCH FUNDING DO WE NEED? So far, we have self-funded GM10 and our goal has always been to get it as close to launch as possible before raising the money from the community. Our goal to reach is $75,000. This entire cost is the final payment for backend development of the app and website. We're SO CLOSE!!
- We have features that you can't get anywhere else. By being a card show in your pocket, we wanted to bring in new innovative ideas that we believe the hobby has been asking for. Brands will have a platform to grow their business and work with others in fun new ways. The benefit of being an early investor gets you a head start on setting up your brand and you will be featured on GM10 when new users join.
- We're all about team and community, so our focus will be finding ways to always have early investors feel like they're a part of GM10. Whether that's being VIP at show events, having a direct contact to the owners, or being featured on GM10. We're collectors too, and we're all in this together. We want your voice to be heard and will always do our best in making sure we deliver.

The Impact
- We believe that GM10 is valuable to the hobby because we are FOCUSED on trading cards and what the space needs and wants. We're not here to make a quick buck, we're not here to mimic anyone, we're here to be innovative and build something no one else can. 68% of hobby is trading on social media platforms, yet there isn't a social platform dedicated to trading cards.
- For two years, we've been solely focus on creating GM10 and making sure we did it the right way. This project means so much to our team, to be able to share it and have you join us in this journey, means more than our 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan card.
Risks & Challenges
Transparency is important to us. Our biggest challenge is making sure we get to market. If we continue to self-fund GM10, it's going to take longer than anyone wants. We're ready to go, we've done all the work, we're literally on the last challenge and it comes down to the community to pull GM10 through! #Cowabunga
- We hope that being a part of the community and having always been focused on attending as many card shows as possible has helped us potentially raise the capital needed. We feel like we are a part of a family and have met so many incredible people throughout the hobby. Finding new friends, partners, hearing stories, and seeing the new generation in the hobby makes everything worth it. The people make the hobby and we are putting our brand in the hands of the community. We know we can do it, GM10 will be launching soon and it's all because of you!
