GOkey connects with the phone through bluetooth, with a radius of 100 feet.

When will I get to choose the color and model of my GOkey? 

We have sent survey invites to all backers to select between black and white and between MicroUSB, Lightning or USB-C.

What if i have changed shipping address or bought another phone and i need to modify my order?

No problem, a few weeks before shipment a second survey will be send to verify address.

When are you going to be shipping my GOkey? 

Indiegogo isn't like Amazon or any other online store. When you contribute to a pledge, like GOkey, you are funding with your contribution all of the engineering, software, manufacturing and shipping. Many challenges do arise that delay that process.

What are the current challenges?

At this stage Made for iPhone (MFi) compliance testing is being a hurdle. GOkey combines a battery and a sync product that makes things challenging. We partnered with an experienced  MFi certified manufacturer to  pass the certification.

A GOkey charges gives my phone energy for how long?

About 2 to 3 hours

What is the battery size of GOkey?

GOkey has a small size battery of 835 mAh. It is meant to be used as an emergency supply to keep you going for an hour or two. Once you get to a USB port, you can use GOkey as a cable to fully charge your phone.

Why didn't you put a bigger battery like other back ups?

We want GOkey to give a substantial phone battery boost and yet be unobtrusive on your keychain. The ideal balance is the goal.

Will GOkey make my phone ring if it is on silent?

Yes, it will bypass silent mode and ring your phone

Is GOKey compatible with the new iPhone 7 and 7 plus? 

It sure is!

What is the range of the Bluetooth?

Bluetooth range is typically around 100 feet and 200 feet in line of sight.

Will I be notified if my battery is running low?

GOkey shares its battery level with the phone. It can let you know.

Will GOkey work with my iPhone case?

It is annoying to have to remove your case, so we kept the port small.
