Veslam Productions

Thank you for visiting our fundraising campaign.

Veslam Productions is an independent film production house established by Eslam Hassona and Vesant Nair. They first collaborated in 2019 doing their first short film "Innocence". Since then, both have done three films and a feature between fictional and documentary expressing the grounded feelings and empathy between people. Their films have been screened, nominated, and awarded at various Asian and European film festivals.

Project Description

Goldfish is a short film about two young kids on a journey to feed their goldfish, which they got without their mother's consent. With a lack of money and experience, they had to step out of their comfort zone by leaving their house and finding a low-priced store to keep their fish alive. The journey they embark on not only holds unexpected turns in finding the fish shop, but also strengthen their bond and teaches them the value of sticking together.

NOTE: The scenes appeared in the video above belongs to a concept video while the final film has not been shot yet.
