What is Hank?
Hank is a narrative short film about a small-town bartender, Amy, who leaves her toxic boyfriend to embark on a life-changing journey with her best friend Misty and her dog Hank.
Our little team is made up of Abby Byington, Ian Hranilovich, Holly Huepfel, Julian Librizzi and Brianna Williams. We are all Temple University students who will be working hard to produce this meaningful tale of friendship this semester. The screenplay for Hank was even written by our very own Brianna Williams! This story is important all us and we can't wait to bring this excellent script to life.
We are crowdfunding because we want to make a great film! We have big plans for Hank, and with big plans come big expenses. During the course of our production our expenses will include transportation, props, wardrobe, locations, food and submission fees to film festivals! Any support that we receive will help us do justice to this amazing story and have a smooth production process for our dedicated cast and crew.
How can you help?
Our fundraising goal for Hank is $800 and we plan to make that budget go a long way. This money will support us directly and help us cover the cost of a numerous expenses including: transportation, (including gas and public transit), food and drink for our cast and crew on production days, wardrobe for our characters, props for characters, entry fees to locations and submission fees to film festivals. Like we said, we have big plans for Hank and we are eager to submit to festivals once the final project is complete!
We truly appreciate any and all support that you can give to our production, every last bit of it counts! We have a wide variety of perks that can be claimed with donations that range from a social media shoutout all the way up to an executive producer credit.
