My Journey to Healing and Empowerment
For years, I quietly struggled with anxiety, often turning to alcohol to mask my challenges. In 2018, I experienced a turning point after a profound session with a shaman, igniting a spiritual awakening that led me on a transformative journey.
In 2019, facing a significant illness, I quit drinking and had to confront my pain directly. Meditation became my anchor, guiding me through a path of self-discovery. I immersed myself in learning various healing methods, techniques, and teachings from renowned gurus, eventually finding healing that profoundly changed me.
In 2023, I had my first plant medicine experience. It was a life-changing revelation: “You are the medicine.” This message taught me that healing doesn’t come from outside but resides within. This core belief is the foundation of Harmoni AI. When I work with clients, I help them realize that they are their own healers; I am simply a guide along their journey.
