What is the CargoDrive?
The CargoDrive comes as a complete package that can easily transform your bicycle into an electric cargo bike.

It is designed to carry things, such as bulky packages, bags, groceries, toolboxes or anything up to 30kg.

How it works
1. It mounts on your bicycle by removing your front wheel, then installing your bike into the CargoDrive using the fork dropouts as locators.

2. Secure the CargoDrive by tightening the universal clamps.

3. Connect the loading surface, display and other cables and you are ready to ride.

Why did we make the CargoDrive?
We are an international team who met in Copenhagen, a land well known for the use of bicycles in everyday life. The benefits of this means of transportation really hit home after living here a few years but we couldn't help trying to do more with our bikes.
We started this project to help you get more from your bicycle. With this easy to install addition to your bicycle, we believe you will find your bike more useful than ever before.
The simple combination of a strong cargo rack with an integrated electric system in an easy to install package will make your bicycle a very appealing choice of transportation for many applications.
Why are we crowdfunding and what does your contribution mean to us?
We started this crowdfunding campaign as we are a small startup and we need more funding to start production at a more accessible price and make it available on an international scale.
In addition to getting production up and running, this campaign will help us develop more accessories to make the CargoDrive even more useful and grow our team to prepare the CargoDrives for you.
Our Goal
We have set a fixed target of 400 CargoDrives sold to ensure that we can deliver the product in a time and quality which we will be proud of. If this goal is not met, all backers will receive their funds back into their account and we will not be able to go into production.
The Perks
For the brave amongst you, we are offering the first 100 CargoDrives at a significant discount. The following 100 CargoDrive backers will also receive a discount. The following CargoDrive backers will still receive a small discount.
Stretch Goals
The more backers support us will mean the more we can offer all CargoDrive backers. If we reach 500 CargoDrives sold we will include a pair of HUSKY Bike Tech Dual Action G-hooks. If we reach 1000 CargoDrives sold we will be able to offer wireless PAS systems for all backers.

This campaign helps us realise our goal of helping you get more done with your bike. We believe that making cycling more practical and appealing will bring great benefits to you financially and your wellbeing but also to society at large.
Fewer people driving means less congestion and less pollution. More people cycling means fewer hospital visits and stress on the health care system. This device allows you to make your contribution.
Risks & Challenges
To mitigate risks with supplier shortages and shipping delays we have taken the following measures:
- All electronic parts have been specified and prepared with our supplier before the campaign. The design is also compatible with multiple suppliers should our preferred supplier face difficulty in delivering the product.
- The structural elements will be produced in Europe due to reduced shipping time and reduced pollution associated with shipping.
- Final assembly will be conducted in house to ensure the highest level of quality of what is fundamentally a new product with no existing standard practices.
On top of all this, we have a strong team of experienced people both in-house and who we work with already.
