Short Summary
Roller Hockey is an exciting sport played mainly in Europe and South America, with only four countries representing Africa - South Africa, Angola, Mozambique & Egypt. However only South Africa, Angola and Mozambique have qualified to play in the WORLD CUP Group A this coming June in France.
The sport is very small in South Africa, with only four clubs involved in the sport locally. This poses a huge burden on the team representing South Africa at the world cup, as each player, coach and managerial member needs to fund themselves on this journey.
Currently South Africa is the 12th best team in the world, which is the position that we finished at the last world cup in Angola, in 2013.
PLEASE HELP get us to France, where we will be hoping to finish in the top 10.

What We Need & What You Get
This is the break down of expenses:
- Total cost of flights for 15 people: 10000 USD
- Total cost of accommodation for 15 people: 3500 USD
- Total cost of kits,step out gear and tracksuits for 15 people: 1500 USD
Even if we fall short of our campaign goal, any and every single bit of help will be equally divided between the 15 people, making it a bit less of a burden for each player,coach or manager.
The Impact
The impact of your help will be extremely appreciated by all, as everyone in the team are working class people who have the passion for this beautiful sport. All the costs of equipment and petrol to and from training sessions (3-4 times a week) come out of our own pockets, but we do this for the love of the game!
Group A world cup is played amongst the top 16 teams in the world, where the top 8-10 teams are fully professional in the sport, getting payed for playing. Its such a great feeling playing against the best in the world, where we have showed courage and determination, gaining the respect along the way from the professionals of the game. Your help will allow the players to concentrate on their game, instead of worrying about the funding of the tour.
