I'm Laura, and at the moment I'm doing a Working Holiday in Vancouver, Canada. Though at the moment it's not going too well. The job that I have is supposed to be full-time, but no matter how many times I ask, I only get about 20-25 hours a week. I am desperately searching for another job, but no luck yet. The problem is, if I can't support myself here, I will have to go back home. And I really don't want to.

The thing is, my dream is acting. I choose Vancouver because of acting. I'm doing as many auditions as I can between working and applying to jobs, and I've gotten some really good complements from producers and directors. I know I can do this, I just need more time. Anyone in the acting branche knows, that getting started as an actress is hard and getting a role doesn't come overnight. Though I did just manage to get myself an agent, which is really good. Though things are still going slow. My agent wants me to take audition classes, and training, to  be a bit more prepared for the film industry. These classes are ridiculously expensive (between 200-400 dollars each), and with my pay check, there is no way I'll be able to afford those. 

Also, if I want a chance at staying here, I'll have to take a IELTS English test, which will cost between 200-300 dollars.  

What will happen with the money that I raise? Hopefully I will be able to take acting classes from it, and take the IELTS test. But it will probably be needed to pay some bills as well. 

In return, tumblr people, I could cover songs by request, make gif-sets, or other edits, anything. I will do anything, so I could stay here, in the city I fell in love with the day that I got here. Here in Vancouver.
