Dylan had his first seizure when he was 3, initially we thought it was just a one off and carried on as normal.Then when he was 6 he started to suffer with severe migraines quite regularly and one day following one of these headaches he had another major seizure. From that point on Dylan's condition started to get worse and worse until he was having multiple seizures in a day, after numerous tests,scans and doctors they diagnosed Dylan with complex partial seizures due to a brain disorder called hippocampal sclerosis and amygdala cortical dysplasia. This condition also effects Dylan's memory,behaviour and emotions on top of his headaches and seizures. Due to the nature of Dylan's condition it is difficult to treat and all the medications we have tried thus far have been ineffective and we are running out of options,Dylan's daily life is already quite restricted due to his condition and would be even more so if we  fail to find an effective treatment. Dylan will have this condition for life and we just want to make it as good as we can for him, In Canada they have a lot more options in treatments for Dylan that we do not have in Britain and we desperately want to get him there to hopefully a better life, please help us,thank you.
