Risks and Challenges

Our goal is to deliver HooFoo with exceptional quality and an enjoyable user experience within our planned timeline. However, even the most well-planned product launch can encounter unexpected difficulties. The overall strength and experience of the team are critical when these complications arise. The HooFoo team have previous successful startup, launch, manufacture and distribution experiences. We see no technical challenges in the development of HooFoo that require research development. We do, however, recognize the following specific challenges and risks that need to be mitigated:

• The need to thoroughly and rigorously test all applications coding that is part of HooFoo to ensure an enjoyable, efficient user experience. Depending on feedback, different characteristics of the app may need to be reworked and fine-tuned. Our test facility will include a simulation of a bitcoin network and extensive testing to ensure HooFoo meets all functional, experiential and security requirements. Extensive penetration/anti-hack testing will be performed.

• The challenge to manufacture all the components of HooFoo to create a product that is functional, of very high quality and that is aesthetically pleasing. This requires great design and a good relationship with a manufacturing facility that is capable of understanding our requirements and producing results. HooFoo’s experienced team includes strong manufacturing relationships with the capability to quickly manufacture with high quality. They also have experience with all the manufacturing technologies anticipated to be used in the production of HooFoo. The HooFoo team understands how to quickly resolve manufacturing-related issues without sacrificing product quality.

• Certain certifications will be required such as (FCC, CE and BQB certifications). The HooFoo team members have successfully launched three previous consumer electronic products and successfully been awarded all the certificates mentioned. Our effort starts up front with a rigorous design process that does not cut corners on material and features. We have dealt with all the agencies that provide these certificates in the past and understand the dialogue that occurs so we can anticipate what they will ask for ahead of time so as to speed up the process.
