Is iBaby Air / AirSense battery-operated?

iBaby Air / AirSense does not have a battery. It comes with power adaptor that has Type A (American) electrical outlet plug. Plug adapter for other countries is not included. 

Can I only use iBaby Air / AirSense in the US?

While iBaby Air / AirSense comes with the American plug, you can use it anywhere in the world. It runs on both 110V and 220V electricity. Note that plug adapter is not included.

Can iBaby Air / AirSense be used outdoors?

iBaby Air / AirSense is not waterproof, and is only recommended for indoor use.

What happens to the money you raise on Indiegogo?

The money will be used to assist with manufacturing and component costs. We also plan to add more features to the app as we raise money.

Can I get a refund or return iBaby Air / AirSense?

You can get a full refund within 30 days after purchase. Note that return shipping costs, including international shipping, are to be paid by the customer. There is no restocking fee. Importation fee needs to be paid by the customer in their country of origin.

iBaby Air / AirSense requires use of the companion app, iBaby Care. The app is free and is available for both iOS devices (phones, tablets) and Android phones.

iBaby Care app is a companion app for a variety of iBaby products, and provides full control of the device. For instance, you can change the ambient light, use two-way audio system, track air quality, chart data, and receive reports.

Are there any requirements for router for iBaby Air / AirSense? Does it work with hotspots?

iBaby Air / AirSense works on 2.4 GHz. It will give you the best performance when located within 20-30 feet from the router. iBaby Air / AirSense will also work with a hotspot.

Is there any monthly cost associated with iBaby Air / AirSense usage, such as cloud storage cost?

There will be no cloud or other service fees at this point.
