If you love the ikiki friends but your little one isn't big enough to need shoes yet, don't worry, we have all of the ikiki characters available in booties as well as in shoes. The booties don't squeak, but they are made from super soft material that caresses your baby's feet. And the strong, but gentle elastic around the ankle guarantees that the booties will stay on, even during play time. 

Learning to walk is tough, or so I've heard... As a sea dweller I haven't really had a chance to try my flipper at it (Man, maybe I'm not a good shoe spokescritter after all). A lifelong animal lover, audio engineer, DIY electronics tinkerer, and graphic designer, Drew channels a wide range of influences in his work on the ikiki design team. Two of his best friends are four legged mammals of the feline and pot-bellied-porcine variety (Miss Kitty and Minnie respectively).

How do I choose my sizes and characters?

Production is going better than expected, so we are planing on beginning to ship out perks to backers even before our campaign ends. We will post an update soon on how you can pick your sizes and characters. 

Otherwise we'll send you to a form where you can choose the sizes and characters you want once the campaign has ended.

What are you going to do with the money you raise?

We have our designs finished, prototypes made, and have a deal with a great manufacturer. The only thing we’re missing is the funding to start mass production. That’s where you come in. The money raised in this campaign will pay for our initial tooling costs, which allows us to get ikiki shoes to as many kids as possible.

When do my kids get their shoes?

We’ll be able to ship your ikiki shoes to you within weeks of the end of our campaign, hopefully sooner. We've been making different squeaky shoes for a while now and have all of the kinks worked out in the production process so we can get these shoes on your child’s feet as soon as possible.

What sizes do they come in? How do I know what size to get?

What if ikiki shoes are too big for my child?

Not to worry! We  sell all the same characters as booties as well as shoes. Just look for the booties in the funding options.

How can I possibly pick one character over another?

That’s a common dilemma. The easiest solution…why try? Your child is bound to love all of the ikiki friends, and as an early supporter of our campaign you can get the kind of discounts that make it easy to get them all.

Do ikiki shoes really give my child super powers?

We've heard these rumors, but we haven’t been able to verify them yet. But ikiki shoes really do help your child walk better. In fact, squeaking shoes have been recommended by physical therapists and pediatricians to help toddlers learn to walk.
