Switch it on and relax
ImaWash will turn itself off after the wash cycle of 30 minutes and be ready to used again after 5 minutes. When the washing cycle is completed, rinse off the detergent from your clothes with clean water, and then dry your clothes.

1. How much clothes can I put in water?
The load should be less than 1.5kg each time so items can freely float in the basin. This will allow the sonic vibrations to work.
2. Have you tested it, will it really work?
Please see our videos on Youtube. You can see that it cleans after 10 minutes. Sonic cleaning is nothing new – it has been around for a long time and now used in the most stringent cleaning requirements for medical.
3. Can ImaWash replace my automatic washing machine?
No. Imawash is not a full cycle washing machine, it does the washing/cleaning portion only. It will also not be effective for big loads of laundry and for large/heavy pieces such as bed linen, towels, jeans etc. ImaWash is meant to complement your washing machine to deal with small volumes of delicate items that require a sensitive wash and could be ruined in the machine. It is also for travelling when you do not have access to a washing machine.
4. Do I need laundry detergent to wash with ImaWash?
Yes, you do. ImaWash needs to have detergent to work.
5. What kind of detergent is recommended to wash with ImaWash?
Any kind of detergent will work. In an urgent situation, you can use soap/shampoo. But do note that it does not clean as well as detergent.
6. What's about rinsing and drying?
Imawash performs the washing/cleaning portion only, you'll have to rinse and dry manually.
7. What's the working voltage and where can I use it?
ImaWash was designed for travellers. You can use it anywhere with power supply and even your power bank!
8. What else do I need to make ImaWash work?
You need your ImaWash device, a waterproof container (plastic bag), detergent, and a power source.
