My name is Sonya T. Evans and I'm originally from Chicago, Illinois by way of Los Angeles. I'm a writer, actor who quickly found a remedy for my "homesick during the holidays woes" -- writing. My partner and I, developed "Involuntarily Single" into a web series about a couple of years ago. We shot the first season with talented crafty folks like ourselves and had a great time thinking outside the box.
Now we're back for a 2nd season... and our goal is to raise the bar and provide our fans and new on-lookers with shorter, faster, funnier videos.
The motto in a nutshell is now and forevermore -- "Smart Web TV."

SYNOPSIS:
Logline: A show that centers on a girl name "Maggie" and her five manic girlfriends who are all trying to navigate through the arduous world of dating in hopes of finding some form of sustainable love.
Concept: Recent data supports the fact that there is a revolving door of singles looking for relation and sexual compatibility. 44% of the adult American population is single which means that there are over 100 million people out there looking for love.
Overview: Involuntarily Single is a raunchy, stylized, no holds barred, half-hour live-action comedy that is first and foremost female based and character driven.
Acquiring successful Indiegogo funding..could ensure better production value, food for the cast and crew, a talented Director of Photography and an acceptable lighting and sound package.
