Ever wonder what happens to the stuff you throw away? How about the hair dryer that burnt out? Or that blender that stopped turning? Well wonder no more. We journeyed to find out and you will never believe what we discovered. Follow this documentary appropriately named “Junk Kids” so you can discover what we found as well.
“Junk Kids” follows the misadventures of a “girl genius”, an absent-minded boy wonder, and a big-hearted, always hungry friend and his dog as they turn junk into jewels in the seaside town of Fairville. This trio of best friends is determined to re-invent the junk found at Old Man Piper’s junkyard into useful, fun, and crazy new items. Their goal is to expose the corrupt Mayor and show the Fairville community how wonderful it is to recycle, while having all sorts of fun adventures.
The small town of Fairville is accustomed to quiet, simple living or at least they were until the “Junk Kids” started creating their crazy and sometimes useful inventions.
The “Junk Kids” have built their secret lair underneath old man Piper’s junkyard in hopes to reusing the junk to build things that will help the fine citizens of Fairville. But when Piper finds out that they are using his junk he does everything in his greedy, selfish power to stop them. If only he could find their lair.
Old man Piper is only one of the “Junk Kids” problems they also have to deal with the corrupted mayor and his hired band of grade school bullies who want to stop the “Junk Kids” from bettering the town of Fairville.
