Hi, I am Konstantin Kuchev from Bulgaria. My dream is to create a kids’ music album. I make up songs and lyrics from since I can remember. What's most exciting for me is to create music together with people who have a strong passion for expressing their inner world and meeting it with the worlds of others. Not surprisingly, children are often the ones who are most passionate and sincere in their way of expression. 

I teach music to kids. 

This summer I had everyday music classes with children at a summer camp. They didn't want to sing songs that were written by someone else, they wanted us to sing our own songs. And so we started creating songs based on their own lyrics and melodies. On this album, I want to have kids' songs and voices. I want to make an album created by kids and for kids. 

Let's make this album together! 

I'm always opened to new ideas. My aim is to create alive music 

that will reach the listener in as direct way as possible. Most of my music is composed  here and now, in the present moment. My concerts are based on participation with the audience, so they can take part in the creative process themselves. During a performance, my purpose is to discover a new and more flexible musical language. I have played for audiences of all ages in concert halls and theatres, in homes for orphan children and nursing homes. The audience always want to be part of the performance, they enjoy singing and playing with the musicians. Actually there is no more separation between artists and audience. I think music is for everyone and every person can be a great musician. 

This year I also discovered my favourite children’s author, Petya Kokudeva. She writes magical, but real poems and stories that both kids and adults can associate with. Now we are creating songs together. In several kindergartens and schools in Sofia they already know and sing our songs.

So today I have diverse and thematically related songs to form a kids album. I would like to create a colourful soundscape by mixing different voices and instruments. I've already chosen the songs - most of which are new and unpublished - as well as the musicians to record with. 

I need your help to make a quality record and pay the musicians for their work.
