To bring Riverside Inn to life, financial resources are allocated to various areas. A significant portion is dedicated to the purchase of 2.3 million square meters of land, where this impressive project will be realized. Additionally, renovations and restorations will be carried out on existing buildings, and workshops will be established to create an inspiring environment. The development of comprehensive infrastructure, including water, electricity, and internet connections, is also a priority on our agenda.

One of the standout features is the exceptional accommodation options we aim to offer our guests. In addition to converted vans and airplanes, camping sites, holiday houses, and individual rooms will be created to provide a diverse selection.

To successfully market Riverside Inn and attract guests, we will collaborate closely with the local community and implement targeted advertising measures. Funds will also be invested in agricultural equipment to support on-site farming activities and promote sustainable land use.

About me:  

I am an enthusiastic and passionate individual who constantly strives to achieve my dreams and goals. My journey began early when I build my first company, in Germany, at the age of 16 and discovered my passion for vintage car restoration and software programming.​ Over the years, I continued to evolve and took on new challenges. I took over a tattoo studio and grew into the role of owner and CEO of several businesses, including Lebenslänglich Tattoo and BLACOON. My experiences in entrepreneurship have also led me to work as a business consultant, helping other companies unleash their potential. My vision is to unite art, nature, and community, connecting people through inspiring workshops and thrilling outdoor activities. With my current project, the Riverside Inn in Norway, I aim to bring this vision to life and realize this passion project with dedication and enthusiasm. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the beauty of nature, pursuing creative projects, and engaging with other creative minds. I am always eager to continue my personal and professional growth, discovering new opportunities, and fully embracing my passions.​

My life motto is to live each day with enthusiasm and an open heart, as I believe that the combination of passion and determination leads us to extraordinary experiences and achievements.

One potential risk is the possibility that the Riverside Inn may not attract enough interest and the demand may be lower than expected. To mitigate this risk, we are implementing a targeted marketing strategy with the support of well-known influencers to generate greater attention and reach.

Another risk is that the infrastructure and facilities may not meet guests' expectations or may not be adequately prepared for a high volume of visitors. To address this risk, we are investing in developing a functional infrastructure and creating unique accommodation options such as converted vans, airplanes, and other extraordinary lodgings to provide guests with a comfortable and unforgettable experience.
