Hello.

My name is Mitch Rubin- thank you for checking out my campaign. I'm a recent college graduate and I'll be moving to Detroit to work at a startup.

Music is my life, and it's been always been my dream to record my own album. I sang a cappella in High School and have performed at local bars during my time in college. While I enjoyed both, I've never had any physical music I could share with everyone. I'd like to change that.

I have already written and recorded some original songs, but the production quality isn't up to par. Your contribution would allow me to take the necessary steps towards recording, producing, and sharing my songs with the world. I've decided that it's now or never if I want to get serious about recording an album.

What I Need & What You Get

In order to properly create an album, I need to purchase some essential recording equipment (microphone, interfaces, etc.) and production software.

I will need a total of ~$300 to go towards equipment, and ~$200 to go towards production software.

I want to make this album experience as interactive and engaging as possible with my contributors. The perks are listed below:

$5 - Download a demo of my unreleased original song, "Never Haver Her," and receive a personal thank you note.

The Impact

Your contribution would honestly make my dream come true. I move to Detroit in August, and I'm hoping to get involved with the music scene in Motown. Having an album would legitimize my music and help me book gigs in Detroit.
