Everyone has a dream. Some want to be doctors and some want to be lawyers.
There was a boy who dreamed of becoming a robotics engineer. Taegu Noh, CEO and Founder of PurrSong, was just an average cat lover when he was a student. After finishing his school years, he joined the ROK Navy as an officer. There was a street cat near his base and he felt pity so he brought him, took care of him and raised him for about a year. One day Taegu saw the cat was limping so he took him to the hospital. Sadly, the cat was diagnosed with kidney failure and he died a week later. Taegu was overwhelmed with grief and thought about how to prevent sudden death caused by urinary disease. He decided to make an automatic litter box which can keep track of cats’ urinary health to provide a better quality of life to all cats.

In 2017, Taegu established PurrSong with six other members to put his idea into practice. Talents from diverse backgrounds come together to develop the most innovative automatic litter box. The LavvieBot, the first-generation model, was born. It was decent but not superb as members of PurrSong expected. All of the members worked so hard and improved LavvieBot’s performance and functions. And now, here comes LavvieBot S.

What LavvieBot S Can Do

1. Auto clean

If you are too busy to clean up the litter box regularly or are forced to leave your home without cleaning job, the litter box will become dirty and stink.
The litter box filled with excrement is a bad influence on the cat.
LavvieBot S is able to efficiently get rid of the excreta just through a patented rotating rake mechanism. 
When the cat's done its business in LavvieBot S, it automatically starts cleaning after a certain amount of wait time.
The time can be set by users from 15 to 90 minutes and this gives enough time for excrements to get harden so even diarrhea can be perfectly taken care of.
In addition, LavvieBot S used non-sticky material on the bottom of the tray so it always keeps itself hygienically clean.

LavvieBot's waste drawer is designed large enough (16.1*4.7*6.3") to collect waste for up to 3 weeks. You may cover a plastic bag on the waste drawer when you use it and you can simply throw the plastic bag away for disposal.

2. Auto refill

LavvieBot S automatically refills litter from its 6.5L extra storage after cleaning so it keeps the inside of LavvieBot S in top shape for your cats at all times.

3. Compatible with ‘PurrSong’ app

LavvieBot S App, ‘PurrSong’ enables you to monitor your cat in real-time and provide you other information needed.

1) Able to Check the LavvieBot's status

Through the App ‘PurrSong’, users are able to check the status of LavvieBot.

2) Litter Box Usage

The app keeps track of how often and how long your cat uses LavvieBot S so you can always stay on top of your cat’s health. LavvieBot S also recognize each cat in a multi-cat household if their weights differ by more than 1.5 lb.

If the weights are similar, cats can be distinguished through the ID tag that will be selling in the near future.
 

3) Customized Notification

The notification alarms could be set to four different types, including Default, Cute, and Custom mode. Each notification from your cat will brighten up your day.

4) Be Smart All the Time

LavvieBot's Firmware update is available through your mobile device. Wirelessly.

1) Prevent Cat Litter Tracking

The footrest is properly placed inside of LavvieBot S to prevent cat litter tracking.

2) Prevent Odor

LavvieBot S effectively neutralizes odor through its activated coconut carbon deodorizer. The deodorizer absorbs up to 93.3% of ammonia and also functions as a dehumidifier. By replacing it once or twice every year, LavvieBot S will prevent most of the odors and keep your place pleasant.

3) Low-Noise

LavvieBot S’s noise level is only 26.5dB (Decibels), which is less than the noise level of an average residential bedroom, so the noise wouldn't bother your cat.   

4) Easy to Wash

After opening the door on the side, you can easily detach the litter tray by pressing the "Empty" button. You may clean the tray and seperator with water if you want to keep it cleaner.

3) Easy Control

The LED display enables the users to easily see the internal and operation states of Lavviebot S. Plus, the operation buttons associated with the indicator lights are placed directly on the lower part so that the users can recognize the functions of the buttons.

4) Safety – 3 Types of Sensors

Safety, above all, is always the first consideration. LavvieBot S's indented buttons are placed on the front to prevent cats from pressing them accidentally.

If the cat tries to enter when LavvieBot S is on auto-clean mode, the infrared sensor in the front immediately detects its entry and switches the separator to standby.

This allows the cats to be perfectly safe and use LavvieBot S anytime they want to.

Warranty

LavvieBot S General Warranty Terms and Conditions

 PurrSong Inc. is committed to providing prompt, courteous and responsible service to all of our backers. We provide an 18month limited warranty on all products that we sell. Online service repairs are also provided on all products that were purchased and installed by PurrSong Inc. for 18 months from, (i) completion date of delivery or (ii) the starting date of beneficial use, whichever occurs first.

1.    Software or Firmware – Provide Smart Care (Remote assistance sessions).

2.    Hardware – Make some preliminary videos of hardware issues and send them.  

3.    Parts – Ship replacement parts with the install video.

4.    Product Defect – May return defective product for warranty exchange.   

Limitation on Damages

PurrSong Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product.
Under the conditions below, the product will be replaced or repaired at a cost even if it is still under warranty period.
-   The warranty does not cover when the product is damaged from natural disaster
-   The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse of device or failure to follow operating instructions. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized dismantlement, alteration, modification or repair of the product by unauthorized person.

Shipping Details

Shipping Charge
The LavvieBot S will ship to backers to US and Canada only. For the backers in the US and Canada, the shipping cost will be $54 USD(US)/ $120 USD(Canada).
Because of the size and weight of the LavvieBot S in addition to the fact that the origin of shipment is California, we hope that the backers in Canada understand the added delivery fee.
