The Beginning

As with many inventions, The Fusion Battery Boost was invented in a very serendipitous fashion. Early in 2013 we began experimenting with the effects of ions on mobile phone radiation in hopes of creating an anti radiation cell phone accessory. During testing we realized that the insert was having another profound effect, it was lengthening battery life between charges.  We took this breakthrough and ran with it. 

The Technology

Lithium Ion batteries suffer from a phenomenon called self discharge.  This is the process in which batteries degrade, causing poor performance.  Standard self discharge is 5% after the first 24 hours of manufacturing and then 2% month after month.  However, these numbers accelerate if the battery is ever exposed to heat. Within just one year your lithium ion battery can lose a large portion of its capacity, which is very frustrating.

The ions inside of the battery are the workhorse of the unit, moving electricity back and forth during charge and discharge. However, these ions degrade during self discharge allowing valuable electricity to become waste.

The Fusion Battery Boost is designed to deliver a constant flow of ions to the battery, effectively reversing the effects of self discharge on battery performance.  It is also designed to reduce heat which promotes better battery health and longevity. The technology in the boost never wears out or decreases in ionic production.

Universal Fit

The Fusion Battery Boost has been designed to fit in or on any mobile phone. For best results it should be inserted inside the battery compartment. However, for enclosed batteries like the iPhone it can be attached to the back of the phone with double sided tape or sit in between the phone and the protective case.  It can also be trimmed for smaller older style phones.

Legal

The Fusion Battery Boost has filed US Provisional Patent Application #620021182.  This gives us protection from July 6, 2014.  Additionally, the protection extends internationally as well.

Additional provisions have also been applied for, to extend the product offering to various sizes and shapes of the Boost material, to fit various battery sizes.

Fusion Battery Boost has been fully trademarked.

Manufacturing

Fusion Technologies has a longstanding relationship with the mineral provider in Japan as well as the production factory in Shen Zhen, China. They have successfully manufactured and delivered hundreds of thousands of other similar product units on our behalf.  We have initially manufactured 10,000 units to have on hand for our initial distribution roll out.

Sales and Distribution

Fusion Technologies has contracted with Fusion Distribution Worldwide (FDW) for worldwide distribution of the Fusion Battery Boost product.  They have established contracts with resellers and manufacturers' representatives that present new products to leading retailers.  They are also actively pursuing the largest supply chain channel provider in the industry for seamless integration into big box retail. In addition, a regional sales force of representatives that sell into small and medium size retailers is being assembled.

Fusion Distribution Worldwide (FDW) is an Alberta, Canada incorporated company.  FDW provides sales, logistics, and distribution services around the world for Fusion Technology products. FDW founders Garry Bachmeier and Cam Raison have a combined 50 years of distribution and international sales experience, and bring a wealth of knowledge and success to their business.  FDW currently distributes in the United States, Canada and set to expand operations into several foreign countries.  They own warehouse square footage in the US and Canada.

Executive Team Bios

Matt Ryncarz (Founder/Author) :  Matt Ryncarz grew up in Palm City, FL. After high school he attended Florida State University where he studied Biological Sciences. After college, he began developing cutting edge web based technologies, which have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Entrepreneur Magazine, Florida Trend Magazine among other publications.

Matt began researching ionic technologies in 2010 and launched Fusion IONZ in 2011, which has products that are now distributed worldwide. He has vast knowledge in product design and manufacturing as he as successfully manufactured millions of product units.

In addition to business, Matt is also a published author and health expert.  He is the author of The Metabolic Loophole Diet - Published by Square One publishing, which was one of the best selling health and fitness books of 2013. This journey began when he was in his early twenties. Although business was good, his waistline was expanding. He ballooned to an obese 315 pounds. His struggle with obesity and ultimate victory set him on a several year journey into the health and fitness industry. He lost over 115 pounds and completely transformed his physique. Along the way he became a CrossFit certified coach, certified Powerlifting coach and patented two natural health products that are currently being used by thousands of people including professional athletes. He has had numerous articles published regarding health and fitness and is routinely invited on TV in reference to health correspondence.  In Addition to writing The Metabolic Loophole, Matt is also on TV as a health correspondent.

Garry Bachmeier (COO - Fusion Distribution Worldwide) :  Garry Bachmeier has been involved in the distribution of office furniture worldwide since 1989. As an owner of a major Office Furniture dealership, he implemented process, managed, and oversaw the operation of a 75,000 square foot distribution warehouse facility. Garry setup logistics of this facility, and managed an on site staff of over 125 employees daily. His dealership carried the industry leading Office furniture products in the world, and with this vast umbrella of exclusive products, came some of the largest contracts in North America. Garry was instrumental in the logistics of relocating and supplying office furniture for one of the largest corporations in the world, so his experience and success in Global business dealings speak for themselves.

Cameron Raison (Global Sales - Fusion Distribution Worldwide): Cam Raison has 20+ years of Business Development, Marketing and Management experience, combined with an entrepreneurial attitude and extensive business knowledge. He has worked with several large international, billion dollar companies focusing, on IT, software and consulting services. He has personally driven very large business deals and managed large sales and marketing teams.

Use of Funds

As you have read we have completed the research, testing, patenting and initial manufacturing of the Fusion Battery Boost product. We currently have them in stock and are shipping to customers.  With that said, we are in need of large scale marketing to get the word out about our cutting edge product.

Television Advertising Agreement:  Fusion Battery Boost has a marketing agreement in place with Intellestar Direct. They have produced and ad funded millions of dollars worth of Television ads.  They have agreed to fund the advertising costs of a Fusion Battery Boost commercial as long we pay for the production. The production cost will amount to nearly $50,000.  We will use the profits generated from this campaign to help offset our production investment.  If our profits exceed $50,000 we will use the additional funds to run social media, email and google ad word campaigns to make our product known.
