Development of an activity tracker isn't easy. Developing a sexual activity tracker is even harder. This is why we've thought about every possible obstacle and have a solution planned and ready to go for each one.

Let's find out what the challenges are and how we're prepared to overcome them:

Challenge one: production delays 
We have already secured factory working times and developed a unique production process for the silicone part of Lovely. The PCB shell of Lovely is made out of a material that protects the electronics from the LSR processing heat and pressure. No one else in the world is producing couple's rings even close to the way we will be doing it. The production will occur in EU and the US from mainly US produced parts and materials to ensure the utmost quality of the final product.

Challenge two: parts & suppliers 
We already have a full and comprehensive bill of materials and have tested the suppliers during the prototyping process. Each part has been tested and has at least two replacements waiting if the production is halted or any other obstacle occurs.

Challenge three: protection 
Lovely will touch your skin on sensitive parts of your body. This is why we've chosen silicone from one of the best American suppliers, Dow Corning. This silicone is used for healthcare applications, including short-term implantation and insert.

Challenge four: certification 
We are using a lot of pre-certified parts and are prepared for the overall certification process thanks to the experience of Tom, our Lovely Embedded System Engineer, who's been through the process and knows what to expect.

Challenge five: unknown 
When you're creating something that no one else has ever done, there are always lots of obstacles and surprises along the way. We know because we've run into them during 9 months of stealth-mode development and prototyping. But we are still here and are more than happy to face anything that comes our way. We always find a proper way out and aren't afraid of the unknown.
