Lovoom lets you control the distance and direction of your food launch, keeping your pet entertained for hours. Toss food from approximately 3 to 10 feet (1 to 3 meters) and rotate 180 +/- 90 degrees to keep you pet on its toes, never knowing where the next snack is coming from. The idea for Lovoom was born from our personal experience. We wanted a way to keep our pets company even when we’re not around.
We tried other pet cameras and found them all lacking the level of interaction we wanted. So, we decided to just make the ideal device ourselves.
Built by an electrical engineer, the first Lovoom prototype was a camera stuck to a Lego. Needless to say, we’ve come a long way since then.
With Lovoom, we wanted to create a level of interaction you just don’t get with a product that simply drops treats or catches your pet being naughty on camera. With Lovoom, you control the play, keeping your pet engaged and active even when you have to be apart.

A. Yes. If you want to use smaller pet food,
Lovoom comes with an adaptor
that can be switched out easily.

A. You can download the free Lovoom app and
control it through your Android or IOS device.
Or if smartphones aren’t your thing,
you can use the Lovoom IR remote control.

A. Yes, you can. But you will need to cut it to
fit with Lovoom, that is normal dry pet food size
ranging from 5mm to 11mm. We would recommend
though not to offer treats often to your dogs for
it may cause some health issues due to its strong
flavor that some dogs could lose their appetite
for normal pet food.

A. Yes, Lovoom does help your dogs exercise
who have to stay indoor while you are out.
Lovoom tosses up to 170 pellets, rotating up to
30 degrees to the left and to the right. The
amount of exercise that your dogs will do
catching these tossed pellets is equivalent to
the recommended minimum daily exercise of
walking a mile per day.

A. Tossing one pellet at a time stimulates the
prey drive that is in your dog, which makes him
more focused and actively responsive with
more interest. Your dog will jump and run after
the pellet, enjoying catching and eating the
food like a game.

A. No, it works only with normal-sized dry food
from 5 to 11mm in diameter.

Lovoom offers full HD720P in order to minimize
the buffering and lagging that could happen
depending on the internet speed and the data
volume. A full HD 720P requires 7.5mb per
minute or 1 mbps per second.

A. We provide 1-year warranty, which covers all
defects in material and workmanship, exempt
the following:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse,
disassembly, unauthorized modification or neglect.
- Damage caused by liquid contact.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions
contained in the instruction manual.
- Damage resulting from the performance of
repairs by someone not authorized by Lovoom.

A. Yes, Lovoom works with all mobile phones
and tablets whose operating systems are
android 4.2 and later / iOS8 and later.
We do not offer interface for PCs and
