In order to create the definitive viewing experience, we have created a totally new standard for visual entertainment. After years of collective effort, research, and testing, LUCI has created the “Immersion-On-Demand” (IOD) standard.
Immersion-on-demand (IOD) is characterized by a supergiant visual screen, high resolution, super high pixel density, high contrast ratio, native 3D effect and fast response time. We have perfected a way to balance the above parameters to deliver stunning visual experiences for the latest mainstream content. LUCI immers is designed based on the IOD standard and along with its ingenious engineering innovations, it allows you to enjoy an immersive entertainment experience anytime and anywhere.
LUCI immers is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Sitting on a bus ride, standing up during a work break, or laying down at home. Our intention is to create products that deliver a comfortable experience.
Portable and Lightweight
Weighing just 6.35 oz/180g (about as much as a typical pair of ski goggles), LUCI immers is the lightest headset to hit the market. Its low weight ensures there is no strain on your neck or head. This is made even more comfortable by the soft band and felt cushion on the forehead and around the eyes. It is comfortable to wear the headset in a sitting or standing position and even when laying down.
We have Winners: Headband and Crown
Since the conception of LUCI immers, our engineering team has strived to provide the most comfortable head mount design for immers. After rounds of data collection and analysis, including surveys from hundreds of IGG backers, we are confident that we have found the best ways to wear LUCI immers, in our case two winners, Headband and Crown. When we ship our meticulously put-together package to our customers, the Headband will be included, and the Crown can be purchased separately as an add-on item.
In our research, we have found that both the headband and crown are glasses-friendly. The headset fits over glasses so that your vision is unchanged while watching content. The headband is relatively easier to carry, and quicker to put on and take off.
With the Crown, users enjoy the benefit of switching between different scenarios: You may flip the headset up when taking a short break or chatting with your friends without taking headset off. Then when you are ready, you may easily turn the headset down to resume your immersive experience with immers.
Adjustable Pupillary Distance
You can adjust for the distance between your pupils. This results in a crystal-clear high-resolution image that is perfectly suited to you.

We reduced the body weight from 280g to 180g. We shrunk the size to one-third of comparable wearables on the market.

Risks and challenges
With our years of experience in the headset industry, we are very confident with our process and production schedule for LUCI.
However, we also know that hidden obstacles and challenges often occur. Because of that, we’ve made sure to account for some amount of craziness or unforeseen problems that may occur in our schedule. If something does go wrong, we promise to keep our backers updated and informed about any issues and about the way in which we are solving them. For instance, our product includes Bluetooth gadget, which makes it more difficult to ship. In order to ship products safely, it takes a bit more time. Therefore, the speed of shipping may vary from different countries. Our team is making arrangements to expedite shipping now so that we can provide the best service for our backers when we reach our funding goal.
