Short Summary
When I got the job as innovation manager at one the UK's largest children's charities I learned that you can have an important purpose, great ideas, and even the best technology but unless people are inspired, and have support and confidence nothing happens. I've been freelancing since 2012 helping individuals and organisations think differently to get better results. I’ve written a best selling book ‘The Innovation Workout’ and I speak at conferences around the world on creativity and innovation.
I want as many people as possible to build their confidence and know-how to achieve the results they want. I believe that a regular dose of motivation, expertise and inspiration leads to greater happiness, fulfilment and achievement.

My campaign is to fund the costs of setting up the Lucidity Network, an online network offering learning, group support and 1:1 coaching at a super reduced rate. All this combined with a programme of guaranteed to be enjoyable, non-awkward networking events so that I can give more people the confidence to think differently, make change happen and achieve better results.

What if no-one joins? The success of the Lucidity Network relies on a critical mass of people joining. I’ve already asked my current clients and key contacts what they think of the concept. They think it’s a good idea and have pledged to join and encourage others to do the same. Many of the perks for this campaign are membership offers for the Lucidity Network, therefore if we reach our target it means a critical mass of people will have signed up. If we are successful at raising the initial £10,247 we need to get started, we have a strategy to show the benefit of the Lucidity Network to attract additional funders and members. If we don't reach our target - then you get your money back.
