Maine's First Dedicated Gluten-Free Craft Brewery

We are opening a dedicated gluten-free craft brewery in Biddeford's mill district, and we need your help! Lucky Pigeon Brewing will offer interesting craft-brewed beer and a welcoming tasting room (once COVID restrictions allow us to invite you in) for all to enjoy. 

When co-founder Kathleen Pigeon became gluten-free, she found there were few beers available to her. With 10% of the US population following a gluten-free diet, the opportunity to produce delicious craft-brewed gluten-free beer and offer a vibrant tasting room experience became clear.

Why We Need Your Help

While we are getting our beautiful open space in the Pepperell Mill ready and setting up our brew house, we need your help.  The biggest challenge we face upon opening is ensuring that we can package the beer to be able to share it.  Outside of the equipment to make the beer, the canner is the most expensive piece of equipment.  A high-quality canner is critical to preserving the flavor and aroma of the beer.  Your contribution here will support us getting the beer into cans, so we can get our cans into your hands.
