Studio Update # 1!
The Pitch
With our new E.P, we are attempting to make a new kind of impact on the music world by creating a sound that is fresh, unique, and still Prospect Hill. For the last year, we have been writing new music and quietly preparing our comeback behind closed doors with designs on taking Prospect Hill to the next level. As most people are aware, the music industry is a shrewd business and takes more than just talent to achieve a high level of success. That being said, our current financial situation is not conducive to creating the impact we would need to catapult us into the national spotlight. This is where you, the fans, come into play. With your help, we feel that our opportunity to make it in this business has never been more promising. With the release of our new cover single, "Don't Tell 'Em" by Jeremih, we have given you an idea of the direction we are heading and there is plenty more where that came from. So, will you help us continue to move forward and make a long-lasting effect on the music world?
The Goal & Prizes
In the initial phase of this campaign, our goal is to raise $25,000. If we are successful, our plan is to invest money into all the areas necessary in refining a successful musical project (i.e. production, marketing, touring, etc.). One goal is finding and hiring upper-level producers that share the same vision as we do and will work to make our music the best that it can be. Another goal is to organize a solid marketing campaign via social-media and other various sources to generate an interest on a national level. Needless to say, we have a clear and concise plan for any donations made by you to us. In donating, you are eligible for some of the various perks and prizes that we are offering depending on the amount in which you are willing to donate. The Impact
Nearly four years ago, we launched a campaign similar to this one and, within a few days, we accumulated enough money in donations to produce the music video for our single, "Come Alive." By contributing to our campaign this time around, you would be granting us the opportunity to make decisions that focus on the quality of our music rather than the cost. We will be able to operate with more flexibility and take steps toward building a successful business by making the presentation and production-quality of our music the top priority. The benefits are endless in having additional resources to achieve the vast number of goals that we have set out for ourselves and we are asking you, the fans, to help Prospect Hill into the next stage of our careers.
