Hi everyone, I'm one of the creators of You-con the first convention in the Midwest to feature Youtubers of all kinds. We're doing this because at the moment the only Youtuber conventions are either on the East or West Coasts and not everyone can afford to travel there to meet them. The money raised on here is going to go towards the booking fees for the guests as well as travel fees for guests that we are flying in from California and New York. You-con is going to take place in September of next year, but the sooner we can raise this money the sooner we can get everything off the ground. You-con is going to take place on September 15-17 2017 at Pheasant Run Resort in St Charles, IL. 
The reason we're creating You-con is because  we've always wanted a way for the fans of youtube to be able to meet with their favorite youtubers without having to travel half way cross the country to do so and not have to spend 2 plus hours in a line just to meet with the youtuber for 2-3 minutes.

As of today we have 3 youtubers that are interested in being guests at You-con Year 1; Random Gibberish, Michael Buckley of What the Buck Show, and JoeyBlondewolf. We're currently in negotiations with Jon St John, Nostalgia Critic, and Black Nerd Comedy and a number of other guests.
