Our Story
Masters of the Universe: The Fountain of Life is the second film in a fan-produced trilogy and the sequel to Masters of the Universe: The Wizard of Stone Mountain. We are producing the largest Masters of the Universe fan-film yet conceived with an international cast and cameos from some of the people who have made Masters of the Universe the phenomenon it has become over the last 30 years.
The Fountain of Life helps celebrate the Masters of the Universe 30th Anniversary and brings talented fans together to make a unique and action-packed film. We are humbled by the amount of support and encouragement we have received from people all over the world. We are nearly half way through principle photography and will be premiering the film at Grayskull Con in Germany in August 2012 followed by Power-Con in Los Angeles in September 2012.
The Impact
This film is putting very creative people to work. If it were not for the talented people who are creating our costumes and props, this film would not be the quality it is. Our unbelievably dedicated crew and cast are giving their time and energy to make this film one of the post passionate projects I have ever been a part of.
What We Need & What You Get
We need at least $1000.00 to cover filming expenses. Feeding cast and crew, additional costumes, armor and props have been costly. We have luckily been able to keep costs down considering the size of the production. However, we need your help to cover these necessary expenses. Any amount will do--And please help spread the word about this project on social media--Twitter, Facebook, fan forums, etc!
UPDATE! We have reached our goal! While we set a minimum goal of $1000 to cover vital necessities, if we can raise $2000 before the end of the campaign, we can do a much needed upgrade to our camera equipment. Thanks again for everyone's encouragement and support!
If we reach our goal, donors ($30+) will receive a DVD. If we exceed our goal, donors ($50+) will get a DVD and exclusive T-shirt (SM--XL)
