Who are we?
- Josh Philips, Director, Writer, Producer, Actor - A Los Angeles-based filmmaker and photographer, Philips has a strong passion for comedy, having produced two comedy feature films to date. He also works as a photographer for many notable people, including multiple stars of the Vanderpump Rules reality franchise.
- Zach Sharma, Director, Writer, Producer, Actor - Sharma is a Pennsylvania-raised Chapman film school graduate. Now based in Los Angeles, he focuses on film and comedy, performing stand-up and receiving improv training from the Upright Citizens Brigade and Groundlings. Sharma previously wrote and directed the award-winning short film Nestor.
- Ryan Jahn, Writer, Producer, Actor - Jahn is a Chicago-based writer, director, and comedian. Jahn has received training and instruction at Chicago's The Second City and IO theaters. He recently received selection into the prestigious Austin Film Festival for an original screenplay. Jahn is dedicated and passionate about the world of comedy, and is excited to bring this film to audiences everywhere.

What is Meet The Josh?
Meet The Josh follows a fictionalized Josh Philips, a disgraced Marine who starts over and moves to Los Angeles to finally fulfill a lifelong dream: to make the fourth film in the Meet The Parents series. During his journey in sunny LA, we follow Josh’s misadventures including: hosting a table read for his script, finding new love, and cosplaying as Ben Stiller on Hollywood Boulevard. Joining Josh at various points along his odyssey are Zach, his shady if well-dressed manager, Mr. Kenny and Mr. Pat, his fun loving roommates, and Ryan, his “Chicago-based frenemy” who is deep in training to become a firefighter. Along the way, Josh has to ask himself some tough questions: Will he be able to achieve his dreams? Is the world ready for a fourth Fockers film? And if he has nipples, can you milk him?
- Filmed in a mockumentary format, we are blending reality and fiction in a fun and individual way. Using a mix of man-on-the-street real life footage and scripted, performed scenes, this film is unlike many you've seen before!
