Merity was created and designed to help women accelerate personal and professional growth.
We believe personal development doesn’t have to be hard or expensive. Our vision is to make culturally competent, skilled coaching affordable to women for whom it was previously out of reach financially.
We’ve built an end-to-end actionable Reflective Practice that offers powerful evidence-based exercises and coaching that will allow women to learn more about themselves and focus on what they need to do to grow and succeed.
Goals may run the gamut from acquiring leadership skills, improving work relationships, seeking personal long-term relationships, time management, getting promoted, negotiating for salary and title, engaging in a passion project, starting a business, and more.
What We Need & What You Get
The founders have bootstrapped the research and development of the Merity platform thus far. We are seeking a seed round of funding of $50,000 to facilitate platform enhancements, product development, and membership acquisition.

The Impact
Particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, when they disproportionately left the workforce, more women than ever are seeking help making career and personal transitions. No comprehensive service/product exists to guide them in reimagining their goals and creating a path to achieve them. A Merity survey revealed that 92% of women said they have life goals that are important for them to achieve, but the biggest challenges and hurdles to success were: not having enough time (46%) and not knowing what they want to do (44%).
The Merity curriculum is based on extensive research and the science of human development. It was written by experts and authors in the field of professional coaching.
