Q. How does the
signal amplifier work?
A. More than 70
percent of smartphone users* have trouble maintaining cell phone signal
strength during their day at home, the office or while being out and about.
Our patented technology picks up the signals from the cell tower creating
a better handshake and extends the stronger signal to your phone.

Q. Why is signal strength a problem indoors?
A. Cellular networks weren’t designed for indoor use. That’s
why today’s mobile users are glued to the perimeter of their homes and offices,
leaning and straining just to get a “strong-enough” cellular signal.
Q. Will the mJoose Case help with connecting to the internet?
A. When signal
strength is low, the smartphone user may be connected to the Internet at a
tower with lower 2G or 3G equipment. mJoose can extend the reach to connect
with other 4G or LTE if within the new extended range which results in better Internet
connectivity at 4G or LTE speeds.
Q. Will the mJoose 3-in-1 Case drain my battery?
A. No. In fact you’ll gain up to 20-30% battery life as our
technology creates a better handshake with the tower – your phone’s battery
isn’t drained as it constantly tries to connect.
Q. How much power will the
signal case put out, is it safe for it to be close to my head?
A. We have passed SAR testing for low power emissions. In fact the
mJoose emits .0001 less output power/emissions than your smartphone.
Q. Will the mJoose case work with any wireless carrier?
A. The
3-in-1 Case works on CDMA, GSM, TDMA, and 2G, 3G/ 4G and LTE frequencies which
means it works with all U.S. carrier networks. The patented signal amplifier
captures the existing signal at the specific frequency and amplifies it to improve
the call reception quality effectively creating a better handshake.
Q. Can I get a refund?
A. Pre-orders are non-refundable. By making a contribution to this campaign, you acknowledge that you understand that you are contributing to a work-in-progress and not making a direct purchase. For more details please see Indiegogo's Terms of Use.
There is minimal risk in terms of us not delivering the product. We have completed all of the research and development of the project and are already in the process of tooling up for manufacturing the case. We are in the final stages of FCC regulatory and product certifications. Given any unforeseen delays in certifications, we should be able to ship all orders in Q1.
