I am on a mission to help women live on purpose, work their passion and practice prosperity!
My name is Tai Goodwin and I am a coach, blogger, and author in progress. I've been writing Monday Morning pep Talks for the last three years. Every week I get an email from someone that has been inspired by one of the notes they've recieved. By putting together 52 notes, one for each week in a year, I am hoping to spread the inspiration to more people, and create more magnificent Mondays.
The ideas for the Pep Talks started back when I was a teacher. As much as I loved teaching, I spent every Sunday night in a panic attack - so just imagine what Monday morning was like. I started giving myself pep talks. Eventually I left teaching and dove into corporate America. From there I launched a coaching business while working full-time. Balancing life, work and business required lots of pep talks to keep me from giving up on the business and holding onto the day job. In 2009 I started sharing my pep talks with my friends via Facebook, then my blog, then my newsletter.
Now I want to share the pep talks with more people who could use a little nudge and inspiration on their own journey towards living on purpose, working their passion and practicing prosperity.
About the Book
I've written some new pep talks, and updated some of my most popular pep talks, and invited a few women who I admire and think are totally cool to contribute a pep talk as well. In addition to the pep talks, I am including monthly audio affirmations, along with inspirational quotes, and stories. The book will be available in digital format as well as hard copy.
