Q: What's the benefit of a delta design?
A: Delta configurations are known for their speed. The Delta Mini will be capable of fast prints up to 150mm. The delta frame also allowed us to create an ultra-compact design while geting the most out of the available space.

Q: What is auto bed leveling?
A: With the MP Mini Delta, the printer runs a quick program to check the print surface to see where the levels are and calibrates itself to ensure proper height for your model. NO need to manually adjust or tinker to manually level the print bed. 

Q: What does a heated print bed do?
A: Different materials require different printing conditions. For more durable materials like ABS filament, it's a necessity to help reduce warping while printing. 

Q: How do you remove a print from the printer?
A; With the Delta's removable print bed, you simply take the build plate off and use the included spatula to remove the print from the build surface. 

Q: What software do I need?
A: The printer includes CURA slicing software and a sample print model to get you started. We recommend Simplify3D as an easy to use and powerful alternative. The Delta Mini is compatible with all available slicers that export to GCODE.

Q: Can the Simplify3D software ship separately?
A: Unfortunately, will ship out when the printer orders ship out.

Q: Can this printer work internationally?
A: The unit comes with a switching 110/220v power supply. With the proper adapter, the printer can work.

Q: How does this printer compare to the MP Select Mini?
A: Standard prints come out great and are on par with the MP Select Mini. However, the Mini does a better job at bridging, but that it something that can be fixed with a little tweaking to your gcode on your specific model.

Q: What is the dimension and weight of the printer in the box?
A: Dimensions are 17.7" x 12" x 10.6" and weight is 10.2lbs.

Q: What kind of hotend does the printer use?
A: Its an MK8 Style - nearly identical to the original hotend on our Mini V1 with the only difference being the mounting to the Delta effector carriage.

Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Canceled orders before product(s) ship are subject to a 5% processing fee. Shipped Indiegogo orders are subject to a processing fee of 15%. Defective units can be returned for repair or replacement.
