Charles Hopkins is trying to raise a mere $5000 for the maiden issue and a few hundred copies for distribution. Famous Monster of Filmland magazine has been around since the late 1950s and has a large fan base. However, due to poor health the publication has stopped publishing. 

The Impact

People love horror and science fiction films. They also like reading about tem in magazines with photos and illustrations. Monster Movieland will fill the void left by Famous Monsters. This a proven track record.

I can see no risk to this publication. If you go to Facebook groups you will see MILIONS of horror fans from mostly Universal Studios and Hammer Films in England.
